Autumn equinox ceremony
Through ritual, meditation, song and dance we will celebrate the end of the summer, the abundance of the harvest time and the journey towards the winter. We'll tune into the energy of Autumn and its invitation to slow down and reflect on all that has been sowed and reaped through the prior seasons.
As we journey toward the winter we find ourselves in this midpoint between the light and the dark, emerging from one and walking toward the other. Here in this in-between space we'll allow the intelligence of our bodies to guide us, showing us what is most needed in this next season. 🤍✨
Our journey will be accompanied by the soft & subtle magic of ceremonial cacao, a medicinal plant native to Central America with countless physical, mental & energetic benefits.
As I continue to develop awareness around cultural appropriation in my spiritual practices, I am committed to honouring & uplifting the indigenous communities who have protected & sustained the Cacao plant & its sacred Mayan traditions for centuries. In order to give back, 10% of the proceeds will be donated directly to Ruk'u'x Ulew, a Mayan owned, all indigenous women’s collective who produce the artisanal Guatemalan grown ceremonial Cacao we will enjoy.🙏🏻
